Progressive Soccer Ozzy, better known as PSO, is a youth soccer organization based out of San Gabriel Valley that provides several programs to help our players accomplish their set goals.
Whether it’s through our Private Training Program, our weekly technical skills clinic, or for those players rostered on our teams, PSO provides the environment that is most suitable for each player and their needs.
We are committed to providing the highest quality of training for our players. We know soccer gives us the tools we need to assist in the development of the player on and off the field.
To offer an equal opportunity to all players to improve their game in a professional, dynamic and positive environment with the final goal to help them develop into responsible young students/athletes.
Coach Ozzy brings a tremendous wealth of experience and professionalism to his program. With 25+ years of playing and coaching experience, he brings to the training field the knowledge and ability to help players reach their full playing potential.
Coach Ozzy played professionally in Mexico and USA. He has coached at every level of youth soccer with great success, including college.
Player development has always been the drive to Ozzy’s passion and philosophy. This focus on growth and improvement is why he created PSO in 2014. PSO began as a private training program to help individual players and in 2021, it evolved into a soccer club. At PSO it is easy to see how quickly dynamic training sessions can lead to player improvement.
After spending more than 5 years of doing private training with players from all over Southern California, and listening to the demands of our customers, the program was ready to move to the next step and that was to provide an environment where players could get the full club experience.

PSO is awesome! My brother was never really too athletic or coordinated, but he always wanted to give soccer a shot. My brother had zero soccer experience, so he was really nervous about coming out to try soccer. He felt too old since most kids start when they’re really young. Nonetheless, Coach James and Ozzy gave him a nice welcome into the club and always looked out for his best interest. Coach James always made sure to remind my brother that “it’s all about the effort you put into something” and that his hard work would pay off if he kept at it.
Very positive atmosphere for both kids and parents. Coach Ozzy does an amazing job of integrating character building while teaching fundamental soccer skills to the kids. All of his exercises are functional. dynamic and can be applied to the game. He also reinforces the importance of good sportsmanship, integrity, and just being a good person. He encourages every player to challenge themselves, striving to maximize their own potential in a constructive manner. The kids connect with his passion and authenticity. Thank you Coach Ozzy and Progressive!
Coach Ozzy is fun, knowledgeable, patient, caring, energetic and teaches the kids to love soccer. He inspires them on & off the field. Our son looks forward to his practices. He knows Coach Ozzy will make him work & laugh. We highly recommended him.
Coach Ozzy has always invested lots of time and energy in building soccer skills. His wealth of knowledge and expertise is awesome! Our family appreciates him even more during this Covid quarantine time. Coach Ozzy conducted technique classes from his own home so kids could get much needed cardio exercises. We are so thankful for him!
PSO is a unique program designed to help your player improve in his/her technique and footwork. Coach Ozzy is highly experienced, professional and makes the training sessions so much fun!
This is the best club in SoCal. Ozzy puts his heart and soul into developing professional soccer players. My child was trained by Ozzy since he was 6yr and became a dedicated goalie. I highly recommend PSO for those who take soccer seriously and want to learn in a family friendly, fun yet professional environment!
